Facilities: Gas-fired central heating, open gas fire, cable TV. Video hire can be arranged. Kitchen has microwave, washer/dryer. Linen and towels provided; weekly cleaning and linen exchange. Baby cots and highchairs available on request. Breakfast welcome pack on arrival. Please note that pets are not allowed.

Location: In an upmarket residential area in the heart of Ballsbridge, 5 min. walk from the DART station which brings you to the city centre in 10 minutes. Close to Lansdowne Road stadium and RDS exhibition centre, several restaurants and pubs. Herbert Park, with playground and tennis courts, is 10 min. walk away, and Sandymount Strand is within walking distance. City centre is 25 min. walk or a short bus or taxi ride.

Payment: This Townhouse apartment can be booked now based on a nightly rate. A non-refundable deposit is required as follows:
(1) An intial deposit of 10% of the total accommodation cost is required now to complete your booking. You will be asked to submit your credit card details to secure your booking and your card will be debited this amount.

(2) An additional deposit of EUR 150 will be required once you have completed your booking - the management staff will contact you, to arrange with you for your payment of this amount, and to arrange check-in at your apartment.

Extras: Utilities costs, including phone, electricity and gas, are not included in the accommodation cost, and are payable to the manager on departure. Meter readings are taken at the beginning and end of your stay. A refundable deposit may be required against utilities.

Check-in: You will be met by prior arrangement by a manager, who will give you your key and familiarise you with the property. Staff will continue to provide back-up service during your stay.
